PGA Lawn Care
Premier Grounds and Arboriculture, with a nod to the owner's love of golf
A horticulturist's vision
PGA Lawn Care was born in the summer of 2018 from the vision of Darin Murphy. With a strong background in horticulture from Purdue University, Darin set out to provide superior lawn maintenance in Charlotte.
What PGA stands for
The name stands for Premier Grounds and Arboriculture. It's also a playful nod to Darin's love of golf, and a reminder of his commitment to premier service for every customer.
A year-round commitment
PGA believes maintaining a yard in North Carolina is a year-round job. Its lawn and shrub program applies treatments all year, not just in the spring and fall. The company describes its approach as a partnership with customers to get their yards healthy and keep them that way.
More than mowing
Alongside lawn maintenance and treatment programs, PGA offers aeration, landscape maintenance, mosquito control, mulch installation, and landscape and hardscape design.
Serving Charlotte
Today PGA Lawn Care has grown to more than 30 full-time employees, serving homeowners across Charlotte from its base in northeast Charlotte.
